Virtual Private Servers are our premiere product
We offer 3 VPS packages, each with a specific set of resource guarantees. RapidVPS has set the standard in true isolation, where your VPS is not hindered by high load of neighboring VPSs. Our three packages appeal to varying types of clients, each seeeking their own requirement for technical specifications, resource guarantees, and of course price.
RapidVPS Virtualization Technology
Our team has been working with virtualization technologies since 2002. After administering servers using all types (VMWare, Xen, Virtuozzo, Linux-VServer), our business goal was realized after landing on OpenVZ. Open source, fast development cycles, real interaction with the development team, and an organized codebase are the high level advantages of OpenVZ. RapidVPS does not use OpenVZ "out of the box" or "pre-canned" like the competition. We maintain our own internal OpenVZ/Linux kernel tree in-house and push the stable branch onto our hardware nodes every 60-90 days. Our kernel modifications have allowed us to enforce fairness, gather statistics, log debug information, and support drivers that others cannot. Read more about our Kernel
